ANDFIT is a small independent fitness and Training Studio in London, Ontario that specializes providing a personalized fitness class experience for ALL WOMEN at ALL Life STAGES this includes women who do not have children, women who are pregnant and women who are in the postpartum period and beyond. We have a wide range of classes and we have something for everyone. Our members love our classes and get results not only physically but also experience many positive mental health benefits such as improved mood, self esteem and being a part of an awesome community of supportive women. This class pass is applicable to all studio classes such as mom and baby studio class, women's group training and the Sunday sweat session. The following are not applicable to the free class pass, Stroller Bootcamp, Personal Training and any special workshops. How do the passes work?? The FREE class pass is valid for one month from the date you claim it.

NEW MOM AND BABY/TOT CLASS PASS

12 Classes - $100

Buy the mom and baby class pass and receive 12 classes for the price of 10 studio classes. This pass is applicable to all mom and baby classes only scheduled MON-FRI from 9am -1pm, There are 8 weekly classes to choose from.


Class Pass Options

Drop In Class Pass //  $18 plus tax
10 class Pass // $140+tax
20 Class Pass // $240+tax

The 10, 20 class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The 10, and 20 class passes are applicable to all studio classes, except stroller bootcamp. You can book yourself into a class right up until the start of a class and you can schedule all your classes ahead of time up to 40 days in advance. If you have scheduled a class and are unable to make it you have 3 hours before the start of the class to cancel. If you cancel after this time frame the pass for that particular class will be debited.

ANDFIT One Month Unlimited Class Membership, is the best option for someone who attends classes 3-4 times a week, but does not want to sign up for a month to month commitment as of yet.

Month to Month ANDFIT MEMBERSHIP (Auto-Renew)

ANDFIT Month to Month Auto-Renew Unlimited Class Membership, is the best option for someone who attends classes 3-4 times a week. This membership is valid for all ANDFIT Classes. With the Auto-Renew Unlimited membership program it works out to around $7 - $9 a class. 

Your Auto-Renew membership will start the day you purchase it and will renew on that day of the month you purchase it every month. For example if you purchase your membership on Jan 5, it will continue to bill you every month on the 5th of the month. The membership can be cancelled at anytime with written 30 days notice. Mom and Baby Yoga

Mom and Baby/Tot Yoga

Location: 180 Simcoe Street 

Tuesday 1030am-1120am & Thursday 1030am-1120am

This is a wonderful class to ease back into exercise after having your baby to begin to stretch and move and prepare yourself to move into other forms of exercise. This is also a great class for those that have been practicing Yoga and are looking for opportunities to bring their child with them. Use this time to connect with your baby, take time for yourself and connect with other Moms. We will be running a series of complimentary classes for moms. All levels of fitness are welcome in this class. All mats and equipment will be provided.

Mom and Baby Strength Class 

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 930-1020am

Location: 180 Simcoe Street

This mom and baby strength class is for any woman that is at least 6 weeks postpartum and is looking to build muscle, strength, tone and change body composition. The class will focus on strength training safely, cardio, and rebuilding your core safely after baby. Exercising can help boost endorphins and help boost your mood. This is an awesome side effect of exercise and connecting with other moms. Babies and your littles are welcome and encouraged to attend class with mom. The class is 45 min in length with a 15 min cool down. All mats and exercise equipment is provided. There is also a toy area set up to help occupy the little ones. ****Please wear indoor only running shoes****


Indoor Bootcamp

This group training program was designed for women of all fitness levels who want to be the best version of themselves. It combines effective workouts in a supportive environment. This class uses a variety of circuits utilizing different equipment to keep the class engaging and help women achieve the best results. Enrolment for this class is ongoing. Here you will find weekly nutrition discussions, meal plans, free e-book into the essentials of clean eating, at home workouts, 24/7 health coaching from your trainer and recipes. 


London Ontario TRX Lunch Class

ANDFIT Strength Lunch Classes (Baby Friendly)

Monday 1200-1240pm and Wed Class 1200-1240pm

Location: Andfit Training Studio 180 Simcoe Street 

This lunch time class is for women that want to get their sweat on over the lunch hour. This class will utilize weights, gliders, bands and bender balls to help you get your heart rate up, improve strength and flexibility and get you a high calorie burn with HIIT style structured workout. You can get in and out and if you need to you can also bring your small child with you if need to as an option. This isn't a mom and baby class however, I wanted to provide the option for women who wanted to attend a fitness class but did not have childcare.

Come and sweat with us every sunday and end your weekend on the right note. This class will be an hour long and will consist of effective and fun workouts using a variety of different equipment. Registering for any one of the non-complimentary class passes will give you access to ANDFIT's Group Training Online Community Group. Pregnant women can benefit from strength training and low impact cardio throughout their entire pregnancy. Staying active will help you maintain a healthy pregnancy weight, build and maintain lean muscle mass. Studies have shown that exercise in pregnancy is safe as long as you have no existing complications and have been cleared by your doctor for physical activity. This class is for women who are at all fitness levels. This class will utilize resistance bands, TRX and weight training to help you maintain lean muscle mass which can help alleviate common pregnancy discomforts and help with postural changes.
